Our values will emerge as we grow as a church. What we hope to see in time is that: 
- We worship Jesus Christ with all that we are with all that we have
- Leadership is through working as a team, led by a lead elder (visionary)
- The nations of the world are our inheritance
- The New Testament pattern for church is a consuming pre- occupation
- We act as the priesthood of all believers
- As God sets the lonely in families, the CTL church family is a place for restoration, healing, encouragement and release into the fullness of life in service to Jesus Christ
- We are multi- generational in our expectation of how God chooses to use us in our family, workplace, and community
- We are friends before any function we may perform in the church
- We have joyful fun together!
